Steve Martin and Martin Short are coming to the Dome
Virginia Beach’s newly renovated Dome will host comedy legends Steve Martin and Martin Short this fall.
The Dome, a performance venue in Virginia Beach, is opening this spring, and is certainly drawing in some big names so far.
The Only Murders in the Building costars will bring the laughs to the commonwealth. Tickets are on sale now, so visit the Dome’s website to grab them before they’re gone.
Richmond students tend to graves in Henrico
Henrico’s historically Black cemetery, Woodland Cemetery, needed some restoration of older gravesites.
An unsuspecting volunteer group came to the rescue: Students from St. Catherine’s and St. Christopher’s Schools in Richmond.
Hundreds of students came to help in the effort. Thanks to their assistance, families of thousands of those buried there will finally have access to their loved ones’ graves.
Liberty University undergrads send aid to Haiti
In conjunction with World Help, Feed My Starving Children, and Mission of Hope, 1,000 students packed 300,000 meals for families in Haiti.
Following the country’s civil unrest, aid is needed for families suffering from violence. That sparked Liberty University’s call to action.
