Friday (March 13)

 

Williamsburg JCC Indivisible: Freedom Fridays: Trump, the President of War (Williamsburg, 12 – 1 pm)

An anti-war peaceful protest outside the Williamsburg/James City County Courthouse. 

 

Suffolk Democratic Committee: Resist! Sidewalk Protest (Suffolk, 5 – 6 pm)

A weekly anti-fascist protest on Main Street.

 

Prince William County Democratic Committee: Young Democrats Fundraiser (Prince William County, 6:30 – 9 pm)

An event to raise funds to send Young Democrats to a convention. 

 

Saturday (March 14)

 

Isle of Wight County Democratic Committee: Vote Yes on Redistricting Event (Smithfield, 10 – 11:30 am)

A visibility event in support of Virginia’s redistricting. 

 

Indivisible NOVA West: Book Club — “Democracy Awakening” (Virtual, 10 – 11 am)

A book club meeting covering the book “Democracy Awakening: Notes on the State of America.”

 

Virginia Grassroots: Operation Leaflet Drop (Virginia Beach, 11 am – 1 pm)

An event hosted by COVA Coalition to drop leaflets off in Virginia Beach. 

 

Indivisible: Fight for Democracy – Stop the War/Out with ICE (Tysons, 11 am – 12 pm)

A weekly protest demanding the removal of ICE in Virginia. 

 

Indivisible: Protesting 101: How to Safely and with Joy (Alexandria, 3:30 – 5:30 pm) 

An informational session about the fundamentals of protesting ahead of No Kings 3. 

 

Sunday (March 15)

 

Indivisible: Sunday Rally (Newport News, 1 – 2 pm)

A peaceful demonstration protesting the Trump administration. 

 

RVA Indivisible: In-Person Peacekeeper Training (Richmond, 1:30 – 3 pm)

A training to become a Peacekeeper for protests and demonstrations. 

 

Working Families Party: 757 Wolf Pack Welcome Gathering (RSVP for address, 2 – 4 pm)

An interest meeting for the Working Families Party in Hampton Roads. 

 

Monday (March 16)

 

Indivisible: Mobilize Monday (Hampton, 3 – 4 pm)

A weekly peaceful protest for progressive values. 

 

Gloucester County Democratic Committee: Monthly Meeting, (Gloucester Point, 6 – 7:30 pm)

A monthly meeting for Gloucester Democrats. 

 

Tuesday (March 17)

 

Loudoun Indivisible: RESIST TYRANNY Rally (Purcellville, 4 – 5:30 pm)

A demonstration standing up for the rule of law. 

 

Wednesday (March 18)

 

Arlington Democrats: Town Hall on Virginia Redistricting (Arlington, 7 – 8 pm)

A town hall to field questions about Virginia’s redistricting. 

 

Thursday (March 19)

 

RVA Indivisible: Monthly In-Person Meeting (Richmond, 6:30 pm)

A monthly meeting for RVA Indivisible members.
